Scholarships + Assistantships + Grants

Beginning with the class of 2024, all admitted students in the MFA in Documentary Media program will receive full scholarships for both years, including full tuition and a generous living stipend.  They will also have the opportunity to serve as Graduate Assistants, which take the form of Teaching Assistantships or Research Assistantships.

Graduate, Research, and Teaching Assistantships

During the course of the two-year program, MFA students can expect to serve as teaching assistants for undergraduate courses and/or serve as research or graduate assistants.

All MFA Documentary graduate students receive a $5000 grant between their first and second years to help them produce their thesis project.
